Pressed central otago apples combines with mulled spices. We hit on this a little while ago and have been improving the recipe ever since.

Mulled Ginger Bear 

We use New Zealand sourced red wine with classic winter spices to produce a deeply pleasing mulled wine, so good it's now available in cans!

Made for beervana 2024 and based off a chance combination now on the menu in a bar or two, we bring you something a little wilder for this year. Limited stock available.

Tequila Mocking Bear

We started from scratch, 16 empty kegs and grit. That has now brought us into year 7 with our aspiration list being ticked off one by one. &nbsp;Now 6 strong and still producing in Queenstown, we have extended our range and fermenters and have a whole new list of aspirations!&nbsp;
